HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Job Description ;
- Carrying out the creation and updating of personnel files,
- Organizing payroll processes,Recording personnel leaves and reports in the system and reporting them to the relevant manager,
- Realization of personnel recruitment and dismissal procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations,Correspondence with official institutions such as SSI and Employment Agency,
- Control and follow-up of occupational safety and legal procedures,Carrying out processes on training, performance management systems, internal communication, event organization and motivation of employees,Creating the regulations, instructions, procedures, work flow and organization charts necessary for the establishment of rules and standards within the organization.
- Revision of human resources procedures in accordance with the legislation and company needs,
- Creating, filtering and archiving the Resume pool on the basis of positions,
- Organization of interview appointments and informing the interviewed candidates,
- Knowledge of labor law and SSI legislation,
- Planning and organizational skills,
- Ability to use oral and written communication channels effectively,
- Open to professional development and learning,
