Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools

Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support platforms (such as Workspace, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage
